Tomato - Mozzarella Salad with pesto sauce (for 2 persons) Cost: 5.4€ / 2.7€ by person

For Salad: 4 tomatoes

2 Mozzarella cheese (2x125g)

For Pesto Sauce: 3-4 spoons of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

15g of fresh basil leaves

salt and pepper

Prepare tomatoes: Clean and slice them, with tea spoon take away the seeds. Reserve.

Cut mozzarella cheese in slices, reserve them in the dish with tomatoes.

Prepare the pesto sauce: in the separate bowl put leaves of basil, garlic, oil and mix the sauce with mixer (food-proccesor).

In presentation dish put tomato, mozzarella slices and decorate with pesto sauce.

Serve with bread!
