500g strawberries
350g sugar
½ lemon
Prepare the strawberries: clean in cold water and take away the green part. Press lemon juice and add with strawberries, mix delicately.
In the pot put sugar with ½ cup of water and boil for 5 minutes the syrup. Add the strawberries and boil slowly 5 minutes. Reserve only the strawberries in the little vessels and continue to boil the syrup for 15-20 minutes slowly. Add syrup to strawberries and reserve for few hours to become cold on the table. Close the vessel and put in the fridge. Enjoy!
