12 fresh sea hedgehogs

3 eggs

a bit of butter

some salt and pepper

To take the hedgehog use towel. Choose 3 more bigger. Cut 1/3rd part of it's shell and with teaspoon take out the corals, reserve delicately in the plate one by one.

In more bigger shells, put corals from 4 sea hedgehogs in each. Put the egg, a bit of butter, salt and pepper.

Cook in the oven for 10 minutes in 200 degrees.

Enjoy with piece of bread!
