250g pizza's pastry

125x2g mozzarella cheese

few tbsp. concentrate of tomato

3 fresh tomatoes

some basil (fresh or dry)

salt, pepper

Prepare the pizza's pastry. For Chef-Mary's recipe click here.

Slice tomatoes, take out the seeds. Slice mozzarella cheese.

With rolling pin spread the pastry, with brush put concentrate of tomato, then fresh tomato slices, some black pepper, mozzarella cheese, few pinches of salt and basil. Cook for 20-30min in 180 degrees Celsius.
