500g of potatoes

some liquid cream or milk

little piece of butter

salt and pepper

Prepare the potatoes, peel and cut in regular cubes.

Put the potatoes inside the pot and cover them with cold water.

Boil the potatoes during they becoming soft (~20mn), take away the water and reserve some water inside separate cup.

Take the potatoes-masher and press them, add the cream/milk, little bit of water from potatoes, butter, salt and pepper and mix all.

Serve with fish or meat.
