500g leek

4 tablespoons of white vine dry

100g raw ham

200g cream

2 eggs

100g cheese

salt, pepper, nutmeg

1 shortcrust pastry

Prepare the leek: clean and slice. Put the oil in the stove and cook the leek during 10 minutes, mix often.

Cut in little pieces the ham, grate the cheese.

In the bowl put two eggs, cream, pepper, salt and nutmeg, mix with fork very delicately.

When the leek are ready add the wine. And add to the preparation with eggs.

Take the apple place and put inside the shortcrust pastry. With the fork pick in the pastry.

Put the preparation inside and cook the tart in 200 degrees during 25 minutes.

Enjoy warm or cold!
