100g dark chocolate 80% cacao

1tbsp. sugar

1/2l milk

10cl liquid cream

few pinches cinnamon powder

Slice thinly with knife chocolate, put in the pot with liquid cream and dissolve slowly.

Add sugar, with the whisk mix this preparation and little by little add milk. Continue to mix until start to boil.

Take away from warm, add cinnamon powder, serve and enjoy warm!
