300g dry biscuits

200g chocolate 70% cacao

10cl cream

20g dry grated coconuts

Put in the mixer the dry biscuits. Mix 3 minutes. Reserve.

In double boiler dissolve the chocolate.

Whip the cream and add to the dissolved chocolate. Mix.

Add this preparation to the biscuits. Mix until the biscuits absorb the chocolate. (If you wish the preparation more liquid, add more chocolate.)

Create the little balls, roll in dry grated coconuts. Reserve.

Put for 4 hours in the fridge.
