80g butter

100g brown sugar

8g vanilla sugar

1 egg

100g chocolate chips

150g flour

2 tbspoons milk

Prepare the dough: in the bowl mix soft butter (just soft not dissolved) with sugars. Add egg and flour and milk, mix very carefully together. Then add chocolate chips.

Let rest the dough 15min in the fridge.

Take third part of dough and create with roll pin 1cm large preparation and with other side of glass or special form create the cookies.

Put one by one delicately on cooking paper and cook for 10-15 min in 180 degrees Celsius.
