60g of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
3 glasses of chicken's broth
1 glass of milk
1 glass of cream
2 filets of chicken
1 branch of celery
1 piece of citronella
1 branch of green onion
salt and pepper
Prepare the filets: slice them.
Prepare the celery: cut in little pieces.
Put the pot on the warm, dissolve the butter and add the flour, cook during 2 minutes.
Slowly add the broth, then milk, cream, celery, citronella and chicken filets.
Cook slowly during 5 minutes.
Serve with fresh green onions. Add salt and pepper.
