1-2 aubergines or eggplants
1/2 lemon for juice
olive oil
some sesame
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
Prepare aubergines: prick them in some places and cook in the oven for 30 minutes in 300 degrees.
When they are cook, cut them in half and with the spoon take the pulp and reserve it in the colander. Then press with the fork like this the pulp leave the water. Then reserve in the bowl.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, sesame, press the garlic and olive oil. Mix.
We suggest you to check the taste when you start to add the lemon juice.
Serve cold with a toast as start.
