2kg fresh apricot
1kg sugar
1/2 vanilla pod
1/2l water
Clean with cold water apricots and take away the nut one by one.
Grate vanilla pod and add the grains with all skin inside sugar. Put this preparation in big pot with water, when start to boil keep 2 mn.
Add apricots (without nut), mix and cook on medium warm 20mn. Don't mix really!
Take out the skin of vanilla and reserve in jars. When jam become cold, keep it in fresh place.
