300g apricots

2 tablespoons sugar (optional)

1/2l of coconut milk

50g nuts

Prepare the apricots: clean with cold water, cut in two parts and take away the nut. Reserve.

In the mixer put the apricots and sugar, mix few minutes and then little by little add coconut milk and continue to mix few minutes more. Reserve in fridge for 30 minutes.

Serve in glaces with some nuts on. Enjoy!
